About Me
Throughout my professional journey across Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, I have consistently followed my curiosity, interests and values. This has led me to build three distinct careers, each shaped by different disciplines, responsibilities and perspectives.
My professional path began in business before taking me into academia. I studied Art History, Chemistry and Physics and later became a university lecturer. Following this chapter, I returned to business, where I held management and leadership roles across different industries and organisational environments.
Learning and development have been constants throughout my life. Alongside my professional career, I have continually expanded my expertise through advanced qualifications in psychology, coaching, adult education and management, as well as extensive professional training. Building and navigating three distinct careers has required curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to embrace new perspectives.
This combination of business, academia and human development eventually led me to establish my third career as a Leadership and Career Coach. For more than fifteen years, I have supported individuals and organisations through leadership challenges, professional transitions and change.
My background enables me to understand the realities of professional reinvention and leadership growth. I know what it means to step into a new role, navigate complexity and create a meaningful path forward.
